This is an Egyptian coin, minted in 1919 (1337 AH) during the reign of Sultan Hussein Kamel, featuring Arabic script stating it was struck in Egypt. The era of Sultan Hussein Kamel, who ruled Egypt under British protectorate between 1914–1917. However, coins continued to circulate in the years after.
